We currently ship anywhere within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S., reach out and we’ll see what we can do.
Are they safe to cook over?

Yes, our firestarters are made from natural, non-toxic materials and are safe to cook over, even while they’re still burning. They don’t produce harmful fumes or leave behind residues, so you can start cooking right away with confidence.

What is the return/refund policy?

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review all product details and photos before placing your order. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 3 days of delivery at hello@firedupco.com with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund.
