Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review all product details and photos before placing your order. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 3 days of delivery at hello@firedupco.com with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund.
